I am a personal trainer and holistic health coach based in NYC with a passion for helping people discover the importance (and joy) of training and movement.
My journey into health and wellness began as a dancer-turned-fitness instructor. I spent years teaching group fitness at boutique studios across New York. Everything from HIIT to strength classes, but like many instructors, my body eventually couldn’t keep up with the long hours and physical demands. I was dealing with constant aches and pains from overtraining and not properly preparing my body strength-wise for the intensity I was asking of it.
In 2020, I discovered kettlebells, and everything changed. I dove headfirst into learning not only kettlebells, but all forms of strength training under some of the best coaches and clinicians in the industry.
For the past 4+ years, I’ve worked as a strength coach at one of the top physical therapy gyms in the city, working alongside other coaches and clinicians to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness. That experience shaped my entire approach: helping people train in a way that supports their individual bodies and prepares them to handle the real demands of life with confidence.
Whether you’re brand new to exercise, coming back after time away or pregnancy, or looking to feel stronger and more capable, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build a relationship with movement that actually lasts.
Today, my passion is helping people rediscover the joy of movement and real, sustainable wellness. I believe training and health don’t need to be complicated, intimidating, or punishing. Thoughtful programming and consistent habits are the foundation for long-term strength, confidence, and longevity, and I love guiding people through that process.
