With over a decade of experience training in New York City, I help clients build strength in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and sustainable. My specialty is strength training and kettlebells using an individualized approach that meets you where you are and supports sustainable progress over time.

I work with clients ages 18–75+, including pre-and post-partum individuals, and people who want to start (or restart) their fitness journey but feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, return from injury, or feel more capable in your body, my focus is on building a resilient foundation that supports real life, not just workouts.

My approach to holistic health coaching is deeply personal. For over 3.5 years, I struggled with persistent gut issues and know firsthand how exhausting and frustrating that journey can be. I spent thousands of dollars on functional medicine doctors, supplements, advanced testing, elimination diets, and “doing all the right things,” yet still felt stuck for far too long.
That experience shaped the way I coach today.
I support individuals navigating gut issues, skin concerns, headaches, poor sleep, nutrition challenges, and other chronic symptoms that often feel confusing or overwhelming. Rather than chasing quick fixes, my work focuses on understanding the bigger picture…how stress, lifestyle, nervous system health, movement, and nutrition all interact to influence healing.
Because I’ve lived it myself, I bring both empathy and clarity to this work. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, feel supported, and move forward with a sustainable, realistic approach that actually fits your life.

With over 10 years in the NYC fitness industry, group fitness is where my career began, and it remains one of my greatest passions. I’ve taught formats including Zumba, Barre, HIIT, and Rowing at boutique studios across NYC, and have served as a founding trainer for ClassPass Live and CityRow Go, as well as an online trainer for Daily Burn.
What sets my classes apart is the combination of high-energy, performance-driven group fitness with the expertise of a personal trainer who has spent years working alongside physical therapists. Every class brings high-energy, cheerleader-level motivation and curated playlists, but always paired with the intention to educate and deliver customized programming for the people in front of me. The goal is always to foster a sense of community because at the end of the day, that is what helps people feel supported, connected, and excited to show up.
